Just started taking RAW photos with my Nikon D90. I uploaded them into IPhoto where they retained the NEF extension. When I copied them from Iphoto to my external hard drive, they changed to JPG extensions. Does that mean that those will no longer be RAW files? What do I have to do to archive them as RAW files on that external hard drive. Thanks for any help.
