I bought a Rebel XT last year. After reading some information on multi exposures, I wanted to try it out for myself. I read the manual for the Xt and was not able to find a way to do it with the camera. Is there something I missed or is this something I will have to do with Elements, if I can even do this with Elements?? Thank you! Al
Doing multiple exposures in camera with a digital is really NOT the way to go. It is so much more effective to just copy and paste one image file open in Elements on top of another and use Layer controls to blend them together. You can achieve any kind of multiple image effect you can imagine, it just takes a little learning of how to use the tools and controls.
A lot of issues back in Shutterbug I did one how to using one combination of Photoshop tools, which are largely also available in Elements - the article was titled Cowboys & Horses and is included in my eBook CD Digital Darkroom Resources recently reviewed and can be read at:

Thank you for the fast response. Is your cd set still available??? Thanks again, Al
Yes, it is still available. The ordering procedure is included in the review as well as in a box at the bottom of my column, Digital Help.
