In the April issue of Shutterbug on page 14 there a image by Sara Zarrella. It's taken in Italy and it's a small child who has sat down next to a sleeping man. she did not know them.
Did Ms Zarrella have to get a signed release from the boys mom or dad? And would she have had to wake up the sleeping man to??
One other question while I'm here. I remember I think reading once about where if you shoot a large enough group of people you won't have to get them all to sign a release. Is this true ? Because I once shot a group of about 50 people and didn't even bother to try to get them all to sign a release.
Thanks in advance for any replys
