Minolta SLR body

My Minolta Maxxum 300si recently 'died'. Is it possible to buy an SLR body that will work with the lenses I had used for the Maxxum 300si? If so, what would you recommend?

Sure,
Just about any Maxxum body or the new Sony digital A100
should work----unless you are using the XI lenses that have
power zoom. Are they all Minolta lenses or are they 3rd party lenses such as Sigma. If so, then you should check with the lens manufacturer.

Along with the first reply, you should check out EBay -you should be able to find a reasonably priced identical or similar replacement. Good luck!

in Dallas, the wolf camera center on harry hines is also a chain-wide liquidation clearance house. they currently (as of yesterday) have several minolta film bodies new in the box for $50 to $200. No maxxum 7 or 9's though. just stuff like yor 300, buts nice and new for cheap! they do sell on ebay, but im sure they would sell over phone with a credit card if you call.

try keh at this time they are the cheapest
try lcd bleed 0.89 cents
