I have a maxxum qtsi. I am finally going to get a digital camera. I have a host of lenses I LOVE for my QTSI. Is there a camera on the digital market that would accept the lenses for a qtsi so I would not have to buy all new lenses? I have from a 35 to a 800 zoom, so I would hate to have to re invest in all of that. Any help appreciated.

You should be happy to know that the lenses for any Minolta AF Maxxum (Konica-Minolta) will fit the new sony line camera. If you are lucky enough you may be able to find a Maxxum 7D digital which is filled with latest technology - anti-shake included. It is not as high MP wise but it will serve you well. Also, the Sony should accept the other accessores for Minoltas -- except the 2x Macro. Good luck
OOPS, I forgot to mention you will have the 1.5 mag factor, so any of your lenses will be 1.5 times the focal length specified on the lens -- the good part, the aperture will remain the same wow and 800 mm would be 1200 mm. lol
