Lense sizes

Panasonic Lumix DMC -FZ30 I would like to get some filters but dont know what size 58mm, 62mm, 67mm,72mm 77mm,82mm,95mm.I want to get sime filters but dont know what size the lense it is to be ble to get the right size

In the review on the dpreview web site it specifies 55mm, but I'd contact Panasonic to verify if you don't have the manual.

I'd go with a cokin P-series set-up. Use the same filters on pretty much any lens. Just gotta buy the screw-on holder adapter for each lens.

Just noticed your question.

I have the Panasonic FZ4. The Manual is pretty coy, never actualy SAYS the filter size, but, on Page 103, just after the instructions for hooking up to a printer, it has instructions for: "Using the MC Protector/ND Filter"

The "MC Protector" is designated "DMW-LMC55", and the "ND Filter" is "DMW-LND55", and my measurement with a cheap metric ruler looks like 56mm, so I just bet you're looking for 55mm filters. -Erik
