labeling folders

I have backup folders on CDs. I am now writing the titles in a notebook with names of these folders. Is there a software program to list these titles? I have over 500 photos.

MAC or PC?

I'm on a PC and I use a program called PrintFolder

The paid version will also list the file names within the folders.

Thanks for the help. I use Windows XP, PC, PhotoShop CS2 for my freelancework. Had a bad experience several years ago with a major power surge and now backup all my work on CDs and ZIP discs. It was getting nasty locating what was on them but your tip works. Thanks again.
