I had just bought a LN Hasselblad lens from Keh, but the lens have a serious defect. After taking it to a local repairman for a visual check up he told me that it was the anti-flare coating inside peared out according to aging. I thought Keh will resolve this asap, but it seems that I was too optimistic.
After telling me that I had to contact the shipper first to determine what had happened to the package, the service department of Keh did not reply my furthur email for asking for a refund.
Well it seemes that they are waiting for the 14 days retuning period to expire, or they are too busy to answer my email, or someone rated the lens by mistake and he did not want Keh to know his mistake, or I am not polite enough to discuss the issue with them....(actually I discuss with them in a positive and polite manner)
I am prepared to pay for the repairing job here in hk and is sharING my experience for public interest.
I dont want to do this, I want to resolve the case in a win-win situation, but it was not me to make it even worse.
I had read many sharings and found that there are too many positive feedback for keh, isn't it too good to be true?
A warning here : never trust any company who is highly recommended in the internet as people may pay for positive feedbacks. Before you buy, consider the cost of returning and getting the items back as it may cost you.
I made the mistakes mentioned above, please dont follow.
Hopes this will help second hand camera gears shoppers so that you will not be misleaded in the future.
