just started off with my Canon AV-1

Hi !

I started using my father Canon's AV-1. It's been cool taking pictures. I mostly take black and white pics. Off late, I've been trying to get more clarity and sharpness in the pictures. Been especially concerned about the sharpness of the images. I feel I'm not getting them because of the way the negatives are developed in the labs.

Any comments ?

Shanu: What film are you using? That is an important consideration re: image quality.
