PSE 4.0 offers several different methods of interpolation.
How do YOU choose which one to use?

Bicubic Smoother is for enlarging and Bicubic Sharper is for reducing size. But it's also up to you to test and see whether changing the settings makes a difference in the final image.

There are a lot of resizing tutorials on the web if you do a search.
