Planning on buying an EOS 5D and making my current EOS 20D my backup/second body.

I'm going for higher resolution, less noise, may end up with a larger printer, too.

It is really my 9th digital camera in the last 5 years. I have purchased several SLR's and point-and-shoot as they have improved. All have been Nikon and Canon. I do not miss film at all.

Switching to DSLR for first time. I've been studying digital for the last 8 months and I'm hooked. Lesser mistakes, no film to lag around, quicker to snap the moment plus the enjoyment to be able to fix, enhance, color, sharpen, crop (Trim) your photos is awsome right at your finger tips (computer).

I have a good film SLR but now I want the convenience of Digital.

Point and shoot cameras are great for average photos. I want to go back to my days with the Nikon F film camera thirty years ago and have more control of the photo quality.
