Hello,
I'm new to the forum and am desperately seeking some help! I've been working in a small privately owned photo mini lab for about 6 months now and was primarily employed for my photoshop skill set. Unfortunately my photoshop experience was mainly built around on screen work, so i'm still learning all about the print process. Our shop has a Noritsu QSS 3211 and my only issue is that i can't get it to reproduce exactly how i want my work to look. We've ordered a Huey to calibrate the Mac monitor i work on and the PC monitor attached to the Lab, but i still don't know what ICC profile to use for the Noritsu. I tried calling their tech support and they wouldn't help at all! Also, is it best to assign a profile in photoshop or convert? If anybody can shed a little light on any of these topics it would be greatly appreciated, and any other relevant topics to read on!
Thanks again,
NEILSON
