First my equipment that is being used.
Camera: Eos Digital Rebel XT
Lens: Canon IS 70-200mm f 2.8
Flash: Canon 580 EX speedlite
Problem, I am starting to shoot indoor with my camera for childrens sporting events and I can't get my shutter speed fast enough. I have set the camera to Manual with the f at 2.8 and the speedlite in the ETTL mode. The shutter speed will not go faster than 200. The camera will not allow me to up the shutter speed, the aperature is blinking at -2. I should also tell you that I have shot from ISO 400 to 1600. The photos' that I have taken all apear to have camera shake and are not clear. ( I have been shooting Wrestling)with pretty good light. Just not getting sharp photos, they look boring, dull and not in crisp focus.
I am comfortable with shooting outside and have learned how to get decent shots, but the inside stuff is embarrasing me and I have not be able to figure it out, so please help if you can.
thanks,
Don
