High iso noise

Are there better, but compatible, programs for reducing digital noise when using iso 1600 and 3200 than noise filter set in Adobe PSE 3/4?

Ronk, I use Noise Ninja, a pretty sophisticated noise reduction tool from Picture Code (www.picturecode.com). You can download a trial version from their site.
