I just set up a darkroom and have a gralab timer - each time the buzzer goes off I feel as if i am being treated with electric shock! How do i adjust the volumne? It is a gralab 300 with only 3 switches - time/focus, on/off and an on/off at the top.

It's been about 25 or 30 years sonce I've handled one, but you can probably tape some absorbent material over the hole that the sound comes out of.

thanks for the suggestion! I went and had a look - but there are no holes anywhere for the sound ... it appears as though it is coming from inside the box ... ??? I am just turning it off manually instead of letting the buzzer go. Just a newbie - so maybe I am missing the obvious.

Why not use the Volume Control?? If it's any near a current
model it should have one..

thanks ... i finally figureed it out - the top on off switch is the buzzer. Oh to be new!
