Unfortunately, they have had their foot half out the door for a few years.

Did you see Microtek says they are closing support from 12/12 through 1/5 for the "holiday season?" That is almost a month.

I would not be too worried or assume you will be affected. Microtek is still in business in Taiwan and is distributed worldwide. Unless this economic crisis gets much worse, it will likely survive, and could even come back to the US. The only thing that failed was a local American marketing company that was essentially independent of the factory and the parent company.
