Hi there im a new photography enthusiast and im looking to purchase a dslr. I dont have the money to buy a 1500 dollar camera but i did find the Konica Minolta Maxxum 5d for only 550.00 with the 18-70mm lens. Would this be a good buy for a novice looking to learn photography. I would like to get into shooting models and was just wondering if that camera would be a good place to start or to not even waste my money on such a cheap dslr?

Sounds like a great beginner camera if you read the reviews on Amazon.
