Genuine Fractals Supports Adobe Photoshop CS5 Including 64-bit Compatibility
"We are extremely pleased to deliver Genuine Fractals support for Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Photoshop CS5 Extended and 64-bit so quickly after the launch," said Craig Keudell, president of onOne Software. "As the industry standard in image resizing, we know it is imperative to provide timely updates that make the transition to Photoshop CS5 as easy as possible and so that our customers can experience speed improvements that are up to twice as fast."
The Genuine Fractals 6.0.5 compatibility update for Photoshop CS5 is available now and is free of charge to registered owners of Genuine Fractals 6. This update is not for Plug-in Suite 5 owners but rather for customers using Genuine Fractals 6 independently of Plug-In Suite 5. The free software update is available from within the Genuine Fractals 6 application via the Help menu and as a download from the onOne Software web site and can be found at http://www.ononesoftware.com/support/software_updates.php.
Owners of Plug-in Suite 5 should not install this update and should wait for the upcoming Plug-In Suite 5.1 update that adds Photoshop CS5 compatibility and 64-bit compatibility.
Registered owners of previous versions of Genuine Fractals (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) can upgrade to the current version for only $99.95 plus shipping if applicable. Alternately, these customers may also upgrade directly to the Plug-In Suite 5 which includes all 6 of the onOne Software products for $399.95, plus shipping if applicable (electronic versions are available for download as well). More information about onOne Software's upgrade program can be found at http://www.ononesoftware.com/upgrade.
