FG-20 and SB-19 question

Hi!

I just picked up an older Nikon FG-20 on Ebay with the SB-19 flash. It came with a small brochure that is very sketchy about using the flash, so I was wondering whether someone could provide me with a quick explanation about the "A" and "B" switch settings on the back of the flash, and a quick-and-dirty explanation as to how to use the flash on this camera?

HI,
You should be able to download a manual from the Nikon web site, but I am sure that the FG 20 is not TTL. So one will have to set the flash for the ISO of your film and set the aperture of the camera accordingly to match the settings on the flash.

This camera was introduced about 1985 or so when Minolta first was introing real TTL flash.

Our Nikon Rep actually tried to indicate to us that the FG 20 actually was TTL. There were many disappointed folks who purchased this camera combo.
