You know it is hard to be satisfied with one camera because about the time you get one something better comes out.It becomes hard to find a place in all of it. Now I know it comes down to finding a camera that works. It is not about megapixels because that never ends. It not about one vs the other because most are more than capable. So how do you find a place. People like myself still want to feel that connection between the camera and myself as far as just being natural. I have not had that since my film cameras. My Nikon is as nice as the Canons and other makes but it seems empty.I ask myself is it because I don't make the best of it. I love working with digital format I just don't pick up my camera and know this is it.
I believe I am heading where many are going back to the joy of photography.Next camera is a point and shoot. I am going to carry it with me so it will be there when I am ready. I wanted A LX3 but that does not look good so might be a D-Lux4. Anyway my point is that in a fast changing world it is not hard to lose yourself. At least it is for me. I felt something once and now I feel like I am on afast moving train with no destination. Monte Johnson.
