The entire forum

The entire forum is filled with SPAM. When clicking on the "Active Topics" toggle, everything is porn....it's making the site near impossible to get through.

Can't this stuff just be deleted and the people that are doing be put into a "Banned" area? I do it as an admin at Handloadersbench.com, and we have also added a program to the forum that reduces the spam bots by making them type in an image of letters/numbers.

I love this site and it's never ending flow of information, but the perverts need to go!

Scott, hang in there. Hopefully, it will be cleaned up tomorrow. George Schaub, the forum's only current moderator, has been in Europe for Photokina and should return tomorrow. Right now, only the Film forum is being hammered continuously by porn spam, all the others are (relatively) OK. I know it sucks, but be patient for one more day......

What was his trip about? Sounds like fun! Even if it was work related...

If he needs the program on the imaging-thing, he can contact me and I'll put him in touch with the fella that made it happen.

The Photokina, held annually in Cologne, Germany, is the world's largest trade fair for photography. It's where all the major camera makers show their new products before they hit the street. Likewise, all the major photography magazines, like Shutterbug, will have people there to report on it. It does sound like fun, doesn't it?
