Hi,

I have a E-Volt 500 that I bought 3-4 months ago. I have tried to update the firmware for the camera thru the Olympus Master software that was provided. I have been able to update the software with no problem, but am unable to get the application to recognize the camera. Has anyone else had this problem? Any recommendations on what to do to overcome the issue?
