Hi,

I have been asked to take some shots for a model, and she has given a couple of example shots. Basically Portrait, lying on a bed on her front and back, face near cam with legs going toward background.

My issue is that in a bedroom, there isn't much space to get a decent amount between myself and her, therefore my DOF is quite shallow. I'm using a Canon EOS 500D with a 24/105 f/4 lens.

Any tips how to improve this so that her head and legs are both in focus? Could it be my lens?
