Digital SLR's

I was thinking of buying a used Canon D30. I sometimes find that I need to change lenses and possibly another camera may be easier for me. I use a Canon D10 and have the lenses and compact flash cards etc. What do you think.

What makes the D10 hard to use?
What makes the D30 easier to use?
Can't you just exckange lenses on the one camera?
Will the lenses you have mate with the new camera?
