Digicam For Macro

I am looking for suggestions for an inexpensive digicam to be used just for images mainly macro type for my ebay auctions. Items like coins; books; sports cards etc. Thanks for any suggestions or help you may offer.

The Nikon CoolPix cameras have macro focus of about an inch. But if eBay is the only use, any digital camera of three megapixels will do.

What you should be looking for besides close focusing, is the ability to use manual settings and connect it to an off camera flash.

I just wrote a review for Shutterbug of the Lowel Ego which may be perfect for lighting products for eBay.
