Does anyone have an opinion on it? Have there been any 3rd party reviews of it? I am just looking for info and opinions that do not come from nikon PR.

Maybe at the price Nikon put on the camera no one is taking it very seriously. It looks like a lot of money just for the Nikon badge.

Rather than comment on the camera's pros and cons or not comment at all, why not take the opportunity to bash Nikon?
