thanks, I've been trying to fix that upload method, as for the hightlights, are you talking about the harsh light off the windows? there was no flash used, just nature lighting. every tip helps. Thanks David.

DavidsJR, I looked at a lot of your photos you have some nice poses in some of them but, in near all of them you have a real bad noise problem, I don't know if it is how you uploaded them, or your camera. The other thing is you have a lot of harsh highlights, most likely an overexposure problem or flash. I hope this helps you take better portraits.
