Hello all!

I am a professional photographer and violist who is traveling on tour with the Los Angeles Philharmonic to Caracas, Venezuela between February 11 and 18 of 2012; we have a day off on the 11th and a violinist and I would like to take part in a guided photo tour of the city. Do you know of any safe guided tours of that area?
