Any help will be appreciated! I have a Canon XT, but can't fiqure out how to use any of my Norman studio flash units. I can't use my Canon ring lights as well. I just need to know how to triger the units. I can use them with the Elan 7e and my Hasselblad. Thanks.

I'm not familiar with Canon, but I assume you have a hot shoe but no sync socket. If so, look at the Nikon AS-15 hot shoe adapter with a sync socket or what's called a Safe Sync from Wein which can also protect your camera from excess trigger voltage.
