Hello,

I am interested in getting a higher end Canon EOS film body, probably used. I was considering the EOS 3 but when I handled one of the bodies, I didn't like the feel and sound of the shutter release. I also don't like the fact that there isn't a built in diopter adjustment (I'm starting to get nearsighted). I have not had a chance to use the other Canon film bodies. Anybody able to tell me how the EOS 1v compares? I am used to using Contax 35mm SLR bodies. Is there a Canon film SLR body that has a simple lever control for mirror lock up? Thanks.
