I have an Olympus f280 flash for my Olympus 4T camera. It worked fine until one of the AA batteries leaked inside, and it is now dead. Can it be repaired? If yes, any suggestions about where to take/send it? I live in New York City. Thanks.

Before shipping your flash off to Oly, first clean the battery contacts with a pencil eraser or, if necessary, a bit of steel wool and also examine the power wires to the contacts for any signs of corrosion or oxidation. Then install fresh batteries and try again.
