Hello everyone. I got back from that big vacation at the beginning of September. (Got some great pics!) About half way through the trip I noticed that the camera was quite dusty inside. Probably from all the lens switching (next big purchase is a second body!). That's fine, I did a small attempt at cleaning in the hotel room, but didn't try too hard as I prefered dusty pics to a ruined camera. When I got home I took it in to my local Nikon dealer to have cleaned. When I went to pick it up one week and $17 later it didn't look any better. I mentioned that and they said they had worked on it a long time. When I got home I tried the other lens on it just to make sure that it was the camera and not the lens and it is the camera.
So after trying to clean it myself and having a Nikon dealer clean it, does that mean that after one "assignment" by camera is beyond hope and I'm now destined for a life of photoshopping (I love how that is now a verb!) my photos? Is there another step I should take?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
