I am a retired Pro and still use most of my old F cameras but mostly use my D-100 with battery grip now. I just love the feel and sound of the motors and shutters of the older cameras. Not only that just look at the finnish on these gems and the workmanship that went into them. Myself I prefer my F-4e over anything Nikon has made to date. It's big , heavy and takes perfect chromes.,,,,,,,,,,Now if they would only build a digital in this body !,,,,,,Roy
Hi Roy,
Yes I still use my F2AS with MD-2 motor drive and MF lenses !
Had it since early 70's and it still works fine.
Still my prime camera. I love the sounds of shutter and
motor too! Don't make 'em like they used to do, ha.
Enjoy film and thinking about each shot instead of just
blasting away, then rush to computer to see results.

Hi Clay ,,I hate to say it but I also have a not so popular EM . I used to carry it for my back up but never used it much so I have a small camera collection on the go and put it on a shelf with a Nikon Winder on it and an old 70-210 Vivitar Series 1 Zoom. it certainly doesn't sound like the F2 or F4 though. I admit that I have fallin into the digital trap quite a bit now but I still prefer Kodachrome or any slide films over the digital images. The slides just seem to glow when I look at them you now. Guess I'm showing my age so I better shut up.,,,,,,,,,,Cheers,,,,,Roy
I use a F2 all the time. The less auto the better IMO. Got a F3 coming soon.
I prefer my F5 weight and bright viewfinder. I still don't like digital.
