I will be purchasing my very first SLR this week (I am very much a beginner)and have narrowed it down to these 2. Mostly based on the way they feel in my hands, the price points, and their capabilities and recommendations from photographer friends. I will mostly be shooting my 4 very active children in motion and in a lot of low light situations as well. My main objective is to have the ability to actually "catch" them in motion and to be able to get a decent photo indoors with low light. Based on this....opinions and reasons? Thanks! And sorry for the beating a dead horse post but I am so incredibly torn.
