Yes, I would enjoy having a GPS function built in and it would sway my decision.

Use Amod GPS. Results are iffy. Doesn't work well with Mac. Software is not intuitive and difficult to use.

If it has the capability to turn it off when not wanted, that would be a plus. Currently my spouse and I each have a Canon EOS. We have one stand-alone GPS unit we use. It works for us to have one GPS source to tag both of our photos.

A definitive plus for the world traveler.

I have an external GPS on my Nikon camera. I love having GPS, but the external unit is cumbersome. A built in GPS would be fantastic.

I would not use a camera with GPS even if the camera was free! GPS is an absolute negative.

Perhaps it could be used to locate a stolen camera?

Built-in GPS function, live view, HD video, how about a cell phone function. C'mon. All I want is a good solid STILL camera for good STILL photos.

Probably very nice for frequent flyers.

Only useful for much-travelled pros, in my opinion.
