In a move that is sure to spark outrage amongst nature and wildlife photographers, the U.S. Forest Service wants photographers to pay for a $1,500 permit if they plan to shoot images on Federally-owned wilderness areas. Permits would be required even if you’re shooting images or video with a smartphone.

For Mac only,  the Tonality black-and-white photo converter is available as a stand-alone and as a plug-in for Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Elements, as well as Apple Aperture.

Adobe has announced Photoshop Elements 13 and Premiere Elements 13, which are the latest versions of Adobe’s popular consumer photo and video editing software. Filled with a variety of new creative features and tools, Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 and Premiere Elements 13 are designed to be fun, easy to use and affordable. Each card offers increased capacity, enhanced durability and new features that make them suited for professional photographers and videographers.
